Don't know what it is. Massive headache, dizzy. But I'm also coughing and aching. I bet you a million bucks its an oncoming cold combined with the time change to be worse.

Isn't daylight savings time the same as traveling west an hour, or is that not different because the sun still rises and sets around the same time?

btw, daylight savings is always worse than jet lag. You get the change in daylight/nighttime hours to deal with as well. totally fucks you up.

I keep getting this sharp pain in my head. I don't have a steady headache. More a pain that comes for like 2 seconds and then disappears. And I just feel flushed, tired, and a little dizzy.
