Just finished combing through the files I got; not only was an initial complaint made in August, the company covered it up for some reason. This could have been nipped in the bud. So they covered it up, let it roil, and then when the person tried telling the same story AGAIN, they suspended me.

Frankly I think that a significant amount of the blame for things getting as far as they did lies upon you for stayingin a job/place where false accusations of rape are common. All the good intentions in the world to help people are worth squat when you're spending time in jail, court, and your reputation is in ruins. Sue if you like, but get out now.

When your lawyer sees this, he is going to punch you in the mouth. FYI you and your lawyer have a duty to preserve potentially relevant evidence, and that's not just limited to paper, e-mails, etc. - stupid shit you write on the internet is subject to the same duty (this also means that when you realize how idiotic your statement is and edit it out, you're potentially subjecting yourself to monetary sanctions).

If I'm litigating this case on the other side, guess what I'm reading as part of my opening statement at trial?

So what? You're obligated to turn over relevant documents/data in a litigation. Sure, you can lie and say you've never written about the issue on social media/the internet, and chances are nobody ever figures it out. Of course, if they do, have fun explaining the lie to your judge.

I think that's sound advice, but how would anything he has written here be relevant? I personally think no connection between his case and what he's posted here will ever be connected. I understand there are consequences for lying to a judge, but how is this thread relevant?

Fraud; they won/kept contracts based on completely falsified numbers. Not like 1 or 2% off or something, but major major major percentages. They also had people filling out reports that had no qualifications to be doing so. It would be like me going to NASA and filling out forms and putting numbers into telemetry systems because I felt like I could do it.
