What is the meaning behind this? I sometimes will brutally torture someone I know very well, and at some point my mind tells me to stop but I realize it's gone too far and there is no turning back. Then I wake up relieved it was all a dream and I don't have to worry about running from the cops and being some prison girlfriend.
It's hard to remember the details clearly but it's possible I'm killing someone I don't know then all of a sudden they take on the face of a loved one, but I think sometimes it starts off w/ me knowing them but I can't turn off the "Rage".
Case and point:
Last night, I wrapped up my friend in a blanket and then would occasionally put my hands over the mouth area to stop their breathing, but would let go and let them regain consciousness. Anyway, I kept on doing it the point that he was freaking pissed off and I knew that I couldn't let him go, so I threw him in the back of my truck and locked him in a box that looked like one of those tool-boxes on a work truck.
So the rest of the dream was just me running into people I know and then awkwardly trying to end the conversation before they heard the kicking & screaming coming from the back.
Anyone else have fucked up dreams like this? It's bizarre because It's literally the opposite of what I'm normally like.
I'm hoping someone can say something like "It just means that you are worried about a big test" or "you must have forgot something on your person like keys/wallet recently, and this is how your mind deals with it"
