... does this happen to anyone else?
As in, if I work out in a day (lots of cardio and some lifting) I feel great, and I don't let little things bother me, I don't get irritated easily, etc.
If I skip working out, little things bother me, I get irritated easily, etc.
Like the perfect example is my trunk: My trunk in my car is full of crap, but its all crap I use on a day to day basis... but its still crap. If I haven't worked out, my trunk mess bugs the hell out of me. If I have worked out, I don't give two craps about it.
Working out seems to be the medicine to all of my problems.
Anyone else experience this?
