I got a DUI last night...

It was raining, my tires lost traction and I fell off my bike (bicycle). There was unfortunatly a cop 3 blocks down the street that saw the entire thing. I was trying to do the responsible thing and not drive, but I guess riding a bike can get you a DUI as well. I refused the breathalizer because there was no breathalizer in the station and the nearest one was an hour away, and I would have had no way to get back.

Any advice on what I should do?

You can get a DUI on a bike. I've actually gotten stopped twice while I was completely blasted riding home. Luckily Downtown L.A. is completely empty after midnight and the guy was like.. don't hit anyone and get home. Thank god.

I do not think it is funny, I think your an idiot. You could have wandered into a car path and been killed. Worst yet the occupants of the car could have been killed hitting a tree after swerving to miss your dumbass. Suck it up and dont be a little bitch about it. Take you punishment like an adult though it seems you cannot make decisions like an adult.

That's a big stretch. He may deserve to be charged with public intoxication, but not DUI.
