When I was 18 I was making like $9 an hr. College only cost me about $15k overall and by the time I graduated I landed $20/hr but had to move.
That was all within one company. I started at $5.25 an hr doing their low level jobs and worked my way up. By the time I left I was at about $30/hr and had up to $10k (highest I received) in yearly bonuses.
Congrats man!
To put that in perspective I made roughly the same amount and I've been at my job for 4.5 years. I did just secure a new job making 50k/yr so I'm not completely floored by your success

You're 18, have always lived at home, and have never paid anything to anyone, or supported yourself.
so...you are technically not affiliated until you start contributing and learning about the world around you.
