Today, my friend spend the night so we decided to go rent some movies at 10:30. We went down to hollywood about a mile or less away and picked up 3 movies ( tommy boy, the haxers, and monty python and the holy grail). We stopped off at ampm to get some drinks some a burrito and some other various candy's.When we walked up we were all doing good till we saw two african american's in a dark green camery with gold toyota sighns they gave us a werd look at stared we didnt think anything of it until we were contiuned to walk up the street as we were and we saw two african americans walking down the street we thought nothing of it they walked behind us one just stood there on side of sidewalk. Than sumthing didnt seem right so I looked behind i saw him pull out a gun and pull the slide back. Than john ( my friend ) and I got ready to run than he said "dont run" as he said this i stood very still for some reason.Than he asked what we had and to empty our pockets.
they took our burrito, the 3 dvd's, and his $10 with his brand new cellphone worth 357 about 500 retail ( sony ericson some new one not out in us yet ) than they got in the car as they got in we saw that it was the same guys that we saw getting off the freeway. I tried to read the license plate trying not to make it obvious it was too dark i could not see the letters all i saw was some read and somthing blue on the license plate. I did however get a good description of the car. As they drove off john was pisssed and threw his drink in the air (I wasnt quiet as mad as i just lost 3 dvd's)
We walked back down to my house and called the cops gave them a description than john called cingular to get his cellphone turned off but there system was down and was going to be up and than be shut off. A cop came to my door and we told him the discription and so on. Later on that night john's mom called john back saying that they called his house and wanted to trade the cellphone for 300 + weed she immeditaly hung up the phone and we called the police officer back with info.
The police came back and got new info john's mom came back picked up john told officer what happened. that is all i know as of now john said he saw his life flash before his eyes I on the other hand have seen guns such and wasnt as scared as i play airsoft and hunt plus the some reason i knew he wasnt going to shoot us as he didnt even point the gun at me or john. My guess it wasnt a real gun but i wasnt worth risking my life.
