Overreacting much? One adult male security guard telling another adult male to pull his shorts forward and simply taking a peek, for an arguably-exaggerated-but-not-incredible reason, is awfully low on the "predator" scale, wouldn't you say? It's not like he strip-searched him...

And I'm reasonably sure that any responsible "legal counsel" would simply shake its head (working fairly hard not to smile) and tell him he hasn't even the faintest glimmer of a hope (by the wildest stretch of anyone's imagination) of recovering any sort of damages. Though of course it is Florida and Universal Studios does have enticingly deep pockets, so truly, one never knows... Well, there's two possibilities. One, he really thought OP had a knife dick, in which case this is a mostly lame (though still mildly inappropriate) situation. Two, this guy is mayor of perv town, and trying to scope dicks all day along, and probably trying to diddle kids in the bathroom. There is no in between.

Well, there are certainly other possible explanations. I don't know if I'd call it "in-between" your 2 examples, but another possibility, even more inappropriate than your first example, would be that he felt like giving the OP a hard time for one reason or another, unrelated to even an unreasonable subjective security-related concern, so used his "authoriTAY" just to embarrass him (or try to, anyway)...

Seems to me either of those two scenarios is is more likely than your second one. Not to mention that unless the guy is very new on the job, one imagines that "Customer Service" would've have gotten other complaints about him and would probably have been less dismissive than they apparently were, since if it turned out to be scenario 2, they'd have some serious liability, not to mention PR trouble, on their hands...
