At the entrance to City Walk, a guard forced me to pull my belt and pants forward to let him see my genitals because he said he wanted to make sure I don't have a knife. I took some video, but I won't be sharing it right now. Things got complicated after I went to guest services, so I'll leave it at that.

I will say this: I will NEVER go to Universal Studios again. They treat their customers like complete garbage. They are rude, abusive, and do not care about your well-being.

Funny, I've never had a single problem at Disney World. And it's WAYYYY safer.

Yea. Unfortunately, the only video I have is of the aftermath. I really doubt I can sue, but maybe American Express would be happy to issue a charge-back. And if they can't do anything, then sure, I'll post the videos.
