So I sit down to waste another few hours of my life huddled in front of the warm glow of my monitor. I have my headphones on and I am really getting into my music. If anyone saw me bobbing my head to the beat like a d-bag they would probably laugh there asses off. But I was alone, or so I thought. Right as a song ended and the head bobbing stopped I felt something on the back of my neck. I shrieked like a little bitch and turned around only to see nothing.
I turn my light on and see the little fvcker buzzing around. He lands on my monitor and stares straight at me. I knew it was on. I looked for a fly swatter but to my dismay I could not find one. So I improvised. My largest sock with a AAA battery in it was my weapon. I put my war paint on (gravy from a pot pie) and began chasing and swinging like a crack head chasing the rock that could fly. He disappeared for a moment then showed himself again. I threw a right hook but missed and ended up hitting myself in the face. Oh hes good, damn good. So I sit back down to regroup. He gets cocky and starts landing on me. I let him get comfortable then he disappears. I spot him on the other side of the room looking the other way. Nows my change, go big or go home. I dive through the air like free willy, landing one solid hit before I solidly hit my face on the air purifier. And then it was over. Back to the warm glow.
