They are my least favorite of the major chains. I'd rather eat Pizza Hut than Papa Johns.
Oh and waiting for someone to say a one off chain is automatically better.
Papa John's cheese and dough is packed with cellulose. It helps to dramatically cut costs, wood pulp being an inexpensive substitute for more costly cheese and flour. Although many food manufactures will state that cellulose actually is employed to add texture and prevent clumping etc. lol?
You'll get a higher quality pie at your local pizzeria.

No you won't automatically get better quality pie at your local pizzeria. It always makes me laugh when someone says that any mom & pop food place is automatically going to have better food than any chain. There are so many shitty local food joints which is why so many go under.

You win for being the pickiest tit in this thread.
Fun to watch people compare different chains of pizza when in reality, it really depends on each location. For example I like to go to Little Caesars but that's only if I go to a specific location. The other locations in the area aren't as good. I tried a Papa Murphy's pizza once and was like eating cardboard but that could have been a problem with that location.
Even here in NJ where we have more pizza shops than over-tanned guidos, you still have to change it up from time to time. One place will be great for a year or two and then get sloppy, while another place that wasn't that awesome will get a lot better.
