Let me guess, in high school you got totally ripped and worked on getting well defined pecks? As you entered your mid twenties you put on weight and you suddenly needed a bra right? Well ya know that muscle you put on your chest? It turned into fat, one of the consequences of doing a bulking weightlifting routine in early years is that it will make you a big slab of fat later in life if you don't stay fit. And the problem is that all the weight lifting generally ups your metabolism while you workout and you get a stomach that wants lots of food, after you quit working out you still have the appetite, but not the caloric burn rate. If you can't excersize the same amount your entire life, don't do a bulking lifting routine.
