I have multiple hard drives. Sometimes the NON windows drives do not show up

I'm running windows on w WD Sata and the rest of my files (media and such) are saved on my seagate IDE.

Often times I will go to click on my music folder and I get a message that the drive that the folder is on is unavailable AND it wont show up in my computer either until I restart my PC!!!

So as you can see this is very frustrating.

It could be that the drive sometimes is Not detcetd by the BIOS and then there is No way that windows would know about it.
