Yeah, sure... seems that you spend all your free time at r0++en.comon the scale of things that happen every day, i don't see this incident as being particularly cruel or vile.
it's just a dog after all. it's not like it was a person or anything.

Wow your really jaded huh That's horribly cruel. It's a innocent dog. I'd definitely value the Puppy's life more then the ahole who put him in the Microwave and stabbed it. Someone should put him in a microwave.

the woman who microwaved her baby (shes no mother) should have gotten more, obviously.

Like I said, this may be tried as a felony case. They changed the laws here in GA after a series of particulary nasty animal cruelty cases that were well beyond "misdemeanor" in scope in most people's opinions. Maxumum penalty for a first conviction is $15,000 + 5 years in the pokey. Second conviction is max $100,000.Originally posted by: Don_Vito
This is certainly a horrific crime, and it bespeaks a diseased mind. I can't see acting as though it is no big deal that the perpetrator committed such an aggravated and deliberate act of cruelty just because the victim was an animal. I do not feel it needs to be punished in the same way as if the victim were human, but this is a serious crime.

He also may have used the knife to check and see if it was done.

Really, what is the real difference between this and the way
lobsters are traditionally prepared? Lobsters are thrown into
boiling water while still alive. This just takes a little longer to get
up to temperature. Both create a period of pain for the animal
in question.
Maroon: I'm tempted to flame you for your infantile statements, but I won't and here's why.
I can tell from your post that you are a sad, pasty-faced little geek with no friends, bad skin and a chronic masturbation problem. I bet it's tough when your the sum total of your sex life consists of that one time Suzy next door kicked you in the cods for trying to peek in her window. I'm sure it's a bitter existence sitting alone in your darkened room, day after day, playing counterstrike with the volume way up so you don't have to hear your mom's cries of passion during her daily three-way with the UPS guy and the milkman. I'm sure hearing her moans and wails (when her mouth isn't full of UPS guy, of course) would only feed your persistent worries about who your father really is and why he won't call you. I sense your pain, and realize that your post is really just a cry for help. It's alright, I understand. Let it all out. We here at AT want to help. Really we do.
