1-1/2 days.. A little less then i expected it to take - nonetheless a fun game.. I had it on the easiest difficulty - i'm not going to try it on anything else!!
I've been playing it off and on... I admire the work that went into it, but the gameplay just lays there and doesn't make it more than "Kingpin: 2001" in my eyes...
I'm at the last stage. Them flying zombie things keep killin me. But I'm endeavored to persevere. Pretty nice game. Wish it was longer and I could get some nudie skins for the bitches.

Yes the undead zombie's sucked in RTCW, it had nothing to do with the story and was just crappy. But man, Thief: TDP is my all time favorite game, and that game would have lost a lot without the zombies. It gave it so much atmosphere, and I remember playing in the middle of the night with no lights on and it was damn scary!

I would much rather have had to sneak in and out of impossible places instead of having to eventually be a miserable little thief doing battle with an all-powerful deity. Kinda takes the atmosphere away from being a thief, I think.

I would say yes because there are some levels that are simply incredible!
One of my favorites is the one where you have to sneak into the high-security rocket compound without getting spotted or even the people you kill even once. It's cool because there's no way you can blast your way through. Kill one guy in plain sight, or one of the guards in the watch towers, and someone is somewhere is bound to see and set off the alarm.

they're not hard to find at all. search around for the various wolfenstein forums and you'll find em there.
The game looked pretty, but it wasn't my thing.. beat it though. I'm more into Rainbow Six, Ghost Recon.. that sorta stuff. Best game I've played thru would be Deus Ex.
i just installed it yesterday and went through the first level. at the end it said i found no secrets. is rtcw like quake II where you have to bump against walls to find secrets?

Just walk along close to the wall, you will either get a 'breakable' icon or a 'hand' icon for any secrets (or potential secrets).
