I just burned the hell out of myself...any easy way to relieve the pain?

Baking soda will help relieve the pain. Then, coat the area with Neo Sporin, and cover it with a bandage.

Pain is all in your mind. If you can block it, you can immune yourself to burns... well, minus the blisters and loss of skin, but that's beside the point.

why would you want to block out pain??? it's about the only thing humans have to remind them they are still alive...

cold aloe will help withthe healing and a little bit of the pain. For simple pain relief, soak a tea bag in cold water, apply the tea bag to the burned area and let the tannic acid in the tea do the rest. Black tea and green tea seem to get the best results.

Ink. Yes, ink. As in ink for a fountain pen. Yeah, I know it sounds crazy, but my dad (an M.D.) told me to do it and it worked. I have no idea how. BTW, this was for a minor burn boiling water burn, no skin peeling.

Soak it in milk. But it has to be whole milk.. The fat in it does something. I can't remeber what. I read it in the doctors book of home remedies.
