I just swallowed a SPIDER!

Yesiree I did! This is what happens when the exterminator reschedules to Wednesday!

Backstory: I started working at this company that just recently bought this new building and I'm in a recently remodeled section on the ground floor. We have lots of bugs around here, and especially in my cubicle. Apparently the intern before me used to keep lots of food around all the time. I've seen everything from centipedes, millipedes, nightcrawlers, tiny earwigs to potato bugs and spiders. Mostly its spiders, and mostly they are jumping spiders or tiny baby house spiders. They are all coming out of the ceiling tiles (which are new).

So today I'm talking to someone when a tiny baby spider (pin-prick sized) just pops in front of me dangling from the ceiling. I grab a pen, catch it on the pen, and then dip it in my glass, which I thought empty. But I still had some water. Completely forgot about it. About half an hour later I subconsiously reached for the cup and slaked my thirst, but felt something funny on my tongue. Only after I swallowed did I realize what happened!!!

So when do I turn into Spider-Man??!? GO WEB GO!

Gross. I've swallowed like five mosquitoes over the course of this summer. So disgusting. Mosquitoes are my most hated of all insects.
