Feel free to interpret what you read as you will; however, if you start looking yourself you will find there are numerous sources that say the same thing which is that the Japanese console gaming industry in general isn't as strong as it once was. Currently the Vita is selling much better than the PS4 and it's a simple supply/demand scenario. At the moment, Japanese consumers prefer mobile gaming, ergo mobile devices will see a spike in titles at the expense of traditional consoles.
Note that we are specifically talking about niche titles developed in Japan specifically for the Japanese culture. I'm in no way inferring that the overall ratio of Vita/PS4 sales is as lopsided world wide. The Japanese market simply isn't the dominate force in gaming it once was and shouldn't be seen as a litmus test as to the success of any platform. Even the Japanese aren't embracing the PS4 with the same enthusiasm that they once held with PS1-3. Take away the enormous hardware sales and we find that the PS4 is luke warm at best.
Again, I'm not trying to minimize the impact that the PS4 has worldwide....I'm specifically talking about the Japanese market.
I hope you are right though and I'm willing to reevaluate things once some time has passed.

1. Not much (if any) cheaper at launch on PC.
2. Still can't play console exclusives on PC.
3. Many of us have PCs and are picking a console to go with PC.
Bad argument irrelevant to the discussion. The person said he likes the One exclusives, so telling him game prices for titles he doesn't want are better makes no sense.
I see how you don't mention the quality of the graphics, I'm playing true 1080, and the games look stunning. I Put Tomb Raider on PC and on PS4 and the PC version out did the Sony version in every detail. Picture, texture and sound. I paid £3.70 for PC form G2A and £15 for PS4 from Game. I got the PS4 copy for my daughter.
I'm not to sure of this but the PC are playing Halo Spartans, is it out on any consoles yet, and it's free to play.
I'm sorry if I affended you by telling the truth about the shite you have to put up with with the whole console world. I'm not even going to mention the Christmas trouble, cos that just salt in open wounds.
Happy gaming
Cheers Karl

Your funny, sorry but just have a look a scan.co.uk and take a look at GPU's. Then realise how silly that remake was,
I'm stuck for words, really.
Never mind if your happy it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks , even if your not right in the head.
Cheers

I'm shocked,
You've got friends?

Sorry bud... Tomb Raider on PC can't do these weather and environmental effects which add a ton to the atmosphere.
Also Halo Spartan Strike is like a mobile game. Are you bragging about that? How pathetic.
