Sadly I have run out of empathy for machines that have no desire to escape their programming. America is desperate for solutions to many problems so long as those solutions under no circumstances come from filthy liberals. It might be worth noting, as a side issue, that the very state that takes pride in arming its citizens to the teeth to avert government takeover, is the very state in which the government is abducting and holding children, no doubt to the delight of many. And I have no doubt those very guns would be turned on any who tried to stop this Nazi behavior.

So yes, the photograph in question depicts a bus purchased to ferry children being held at an immigrant detention center to medical/legal appointments and recreational functions. Whether that makes it a “prison bus for babies” or merely a transport vehicle outfitted for children is in the eye of the beholder.
