Your what is back in moonland? Do you not have basic knowledge of the english language? Is it your second language?

Dammit shadow, if you're going to attack someone's use of the English language please at least get it right yourself!

Big surprise, our usual liberal/progressive posters don't approve of what conservative/Republicans are talking about and would really like to stifle any discussion of the issues.

Big surprise, conservative poster tries to cast himself as a victim.

Talk about it all you want, but don't expect not to be laughed at when you say insane things. Freedom of speech does not mean freedom from criticism. It's called taking responsibility for your actions.

Who's trying to stifle anything? You don't seem to get that mocking something stupid is not stifling free speech. We're mostly just laughing at the paranoid detachment from reality that conservatives are displaying here.

You did however give me another panel idea.

"Talking to liberals. Why when we criticize them it's free speech and when they criticize us it VIOLATES OUR FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS!"

I like CPAC too. It allows me to see whether or not I will support any of those speaking.

I just wish we could have a viable 3rd party candidate like Ross Perot in 2016

Yes he was kind of a loon at the time but I respect his big sucking sound now.

I see the circle jerk is in full session.

No, if you look at the Craigslist page, all the circle jerking is after hours.

Wow, someone let Oliver North in. Says a lot of about conservatives when you let him anywhere near what you are doing.

I can't speak for the rest, but, I am flat out mocking the sensationalism.

You can obviously continue as you see fit. But, when you venture into fantasy land, I'll point and laugh.

So, there is no stifling.

Conservatard and Repooplican retoric can go on as long as it is feasible,... because it's just so entertaining.

This stuff is literal crazy talk and judging by at least one of the replies in this thread some people actually think that CPAC is right on.

This isn't some fringe element, Mitch McConnell and other prominent elected officials show up to this thing where the fundamental ideas being discussed here are quite literally batshit crazy.

I didnt disagree with those topics being on the crazy side. I was just pointing out the circle jerk in session.

So this statement is actually perceived as you casting yourself as a victim? Wow. The progressive mind is an amazing thing to behold in all its "rational" glory.

I usually watch it but I skipped it this time. Any event with Rubio talking doesn't interest me in the least; he's so lame, and everything he touches turns to shit. He's like a Cuban American Bush, sans the brain damage.

Is it true about Bolton being there and telling everyone he wants to run for president?

lmao

I almost feel sorry for republicans. Almost.

It seems all that CPAC is really meant for is to get everyone's propaganda playbook neatly organized and disseminated down through the ranks in anticipation of the "great push" for the expected takeover of Congress and the White House....you know....the same mentality they brought forth in how they absolutely knew without reservation that Romney was going to win big over Obama.

It was fascinating to review the news and commentary of the last week of campaigning, the reaction to how the vote polling was progressing and the immediate aftermath of the 2012 elections.

There was a mega herd of deluded folks immediately before and there was another bigger herd of folks in denial immediately after the final national election results were completed. "Out of touch" is what came to mind. Insulated and isolated group think also popped up.

It's truly impressive what the exploitation of the information pipeline can do to people's thinking processes.

This is pretty priceless, Bobby Jindal compared Eric Holder to George Wallace during his speech yesterday. As it turns out, Eric Holder's sister in law actually was one of the women who was blocked at the door by George Wallace.

Thanks CPAC, for letting a idiot like Jindal take the stage.

Out of context, I don't really see an issue with the title of the first one (Relevant context being: the perspective value of congress is determined by whether or not you happen to be in power)

Yes, the issues that the Eskimolie put in the OP are pretty important to this country, from Obama using executive orders illegally, to the IRS targeting scandal, to the legalization of marijuana to huge new carbon taxes etc. There's nothing particularly weird or even controversial about the topics he listed, but the lefties seem to think that if they falsely portray the issues as laughable that somehow they'll go away.

Dammit shadow, if you're going to attack someone's use of the English language please at least get it right yourself!

I repeated his use of the word "your."

He said, "just when you were making sense your back in moonbeam land."

I asked, "Your what is back in moonland?"

Progs are cowards.

Disagreeing with the fringe, most right wing politics out of all the first world countries doesn't make someone "progressive" or "liberal" in the least. It makes them sane.

I know, I know... Republicans have been taught that ANYONE who disagrees with their lunatic thoughts is automatically the nonexistent extreme opposite side of the spectrum.

Your statement makes no sense. Is being the perpetrator of a crime and being related to the victim of a crime mutually exclusive?
