Don't you live in Texas? Grilling season is all year round in the South.
I made some bbq chicken this weekend, delicious. Make sure to brine your chicken before grilling, and also I've decided that I am never buying bbq sauce again. Making it yourself is incredibly easy and taste soooo much better, plus you can mix it up however you like it.
Good stuff.

I like boobs.
Theres more boobs in the spring.
Bah, now I feel guilty. Full but guilty.
Picked up a pack of strip steaks and did two of them on the gas grill tonight. Chicken breasts were on sale for a tenth of the price but didn't feel like fooling with them.
Edit: also, I grill year round. In the spring I just sweat more and feel less comfortable doing it. Yet another activity people have arbitrarily assigned to this beginning of the most horrific time of year.
Where do you live, the swamps of Louisianna? If you're anywhere else, diaf (die in a freezer )
same as in the north..
Thats a really good guess. I don't actually live in the swamp though. Summer is murder here and I never look forward to it. I see spring as the end of the season where I can actually stand to do anything outdoors. It seems that everyone else, even many people who live here, would disagree with me. I spend most of the warmer months filled with general hate for everyone who mentions doing anything outside.
Made burgers last night and they were tasty with a cold one (Sam Adam's new seasonal). However, I'm in need of a new grill... There's gotta be a good resource or previous thread for that - my forum search came up empty.
Any tips?
