I'd find it hard to love someone who has so little regard for themselves or others. Her need to suck ash will always outweigh her feelings for another person.
Not necessarily. She can always stop smoking.
Only certain types of people would smoke to begin with. I won't have anything to do with those types of people. They're selfish, short sighted and stupid. It's not about the habit, it's about what it represents. And that's not something someone can "quit."
Excuse me? You seem to be more short sighted than any smoker I know. Just because a person smokes doesn't mean that he/she is a bad person, in fact some of the best people I know happen to smoke. They are quite bright and genuinely caring, they get to know people instead of ignorantly passing judgement to feel better about themselves. You are an ass.
Why don't you put that to a vote on these forums and see who comes out on top? In fact, put that to a vote in AMERICA and see who comes out on top. The tides have turned against smokers. They pollute our air, they cost us billions in extra health care costs, they're rude and inconvenient.
Smoking is unacceptable.
As far as I'm concerned what I put in my body is my buisness and whether its rude and inconvient to you doesn't matter. That is what AMERICA (as you so boldly capitalized it) should be about. Just because a vote across this lovely nation might show how far people have come from the princple of government staying of private affairs doesn't mean there is anything wrong with smokers or smoking.
I hope one day I blow a puff of smoke in your face as you drive by in your SUV. We'll see who pollutes more.
That pretty much sums it up. You are a typical smoker.
You know, in another 10 years, you won't be allowed to smoke in any building in America? The times are changing quickly now.
And if someone blows smoke in my face, their cigarette gets put out. I've done it about a dozen times in my life. I'll pluck it right out of your mouth and stomp it out on the ground. And since this situation invariably occurs in a line of people, when you decide you want to act like a tough guy, I just loudly say "Does anyone else have a problem with this guy smoking? And all of a sudden I have a whole crowd on my side. And the smoker backs down.
