No, I think the problem is the reverse. We came to this country legally with nothing but the clothes on our back. We worked our asses off with a large chunk of our incomes going to uncle sam while trying to feed our family and afford a house for us to live in. We obeyed the laws of this nation and we adopted the official language.

We did not sneak into this country illegaly. We did not have fraudulent documents fabricated to make us seem legal or to get welfare.

We are now living in a house paying off massive mortgages struggling with stagnant wages, rising healthcare costs, rising insurance costs.

Meanwhile illegal immigrants are getting injured and getting free healthcare, raising healthcare costs for everyone who plays by the rules. They get into car accidents without insurance which again diverts the costs to the people who play by the rules. They resort to crimes and end up in prison, further burdening the people who play by the rules.

Of course, there is alot of generalization there, but you seem to love to genralize.

Let me ask you, how do you feel about companies like NIKE going to Mexico and FLEECING Mexicans for dirt cheap slave wages? Pisses you off, right? I am 100% against keeping workers as a slave class, this is not the issue, I am for full citzenship and all the protections that come with it if they are not criminals nor have any diseases.

1921, look it up. eastern european immigration was pretty much done by then, they pulled the plug on immigration when "undesireable and less racially superior" western europeans and mexicans started coming in.

There was no line european immigrants waited for to come in before 1921, it was a free for all, mexicans come here "illegally" becasue they are not allowed to legally.

Whites have long tried to keep mexicans from settling in their former lands in the southwest, you know about the zoot suit riots? Real good white history there, this bill is another winner right from those times.

I pretty much agree with you and your OP. It's pretty easy for some people to forget we are talking about individual human beings, the vast vast majority of which are hugely beneficial to our country.

This punctuates the numbers that my accountant buddy ran. Some major ownage going on in this thread.
