There is no proof that this costs anyone anything extra if you work in the taxes they pay under the table, its another lame excuse.
Nobody buys it except those looking for a excuse to hate and scapegoat the poor.
See my first post on page 1:
5. Illegal aliens absolutely do not contribute more than they cost. Certainly the millions in prison and on welfare aren't contributing a dime to our economy, and the ones who are working often are paid in cash with no deductions for taxes at all. The ones who use fraudulent social security numbers and qualify to pay taxes and social security have so many deductions for dependents that they pay little if any taxes. We have seen them pay less than $100 in taxes and get back $4,000 refunds (thanks to earned income tax credits and multiple dependents). The Center for Immigration Studies estimates that the average Mexican illegal alien costs U.S. taxpayers a whopping $55,000 each. Some bargain, eh?
Your source is a known hate group and the founder John Tanton has been part of anti-latino causes and KKK type organazations for decades. I would rather take advice from a klansman out front about it.
You really need to get info from better sources, your not getting the whole picture obviously, and your attitude reflects where you get this stuff.
Fine, if you won't take the facts from there, then choose another:
Washinton Times
Washinton Post
or just
use google
From first link: Exactly what I said about taxes
Gerardo Gonzalez, director of the National Latino Research Center at California State at San Marcos, which compiles data on Hispanics, was critical of FAIR's report yesterday. He said FAIR's estimates did not measure some of the contributions that illegal aliens make to the state's economy.
"Beyond taxes, these workers' production and spending contribute to California's economy, especially the agricultural sector," he said, adding that both legal and illegal aliens are the "backbone" of the state's $28 billion-a-year agricultural industry.
