i could never do it... i just sticked to the good ol' chicken breast + salad for dinner & pasta & rice + salad for lunch & sandwich with turkey, lettuce and tomatos + grapefruit juice for breakfast diet and lost 50 pounds in 3 months. I exercised and lifted like crazy though and bulked tons of protein shakes.

I had a Chicken breast,broccoli and cheese, a large salad, and a glass of diet rite for dinner.

This could be good or bad depending on how the breast was cooked, how much cheese was on the broccoli and what kind of dressing was on the salad.
