Before you ask, the green is mint. The chocolate chips have mint stripes.
If these cookies were schoolchildren, the top one in the far pan in cookie3.jpg would be retarded. It is the retard cookie.
They are delicious. Despite their nearly 1" thickness, they are cooked all the way through(but very soft) and not burned.
The recipes called for dropping rounded tablespoons of dough, but that would have taken forever(like the last time I made cookies) so I got out a huge soup spoon. Bam.
