I need a cheap/organized way to sell sports cards on ebay.

I'm helping my friend sell his sports cards collection on ebay. He decided he wanted to make 100+ BIN auctions containing 1 card each.

What would be the easiest/cheapest/most organized way to do this.

Should I set up an ebay store? Is there some sort of software/service i should purchase?

What would be the best method of shipping out the cards? Ship once a week? Twice a week?

Pair up the less desired cards with the good ones to get rid of them.

He was going to do 100 card lots but figured he would only get half what he would get if he sold each card separately.
