eh, motorbikes. Go get a real bike. CBR600RR or CBR1000RR. Your life will never be the same.

edit: but always wear your gear!!!

Paintball
Photography
Car audio (but not really a "hobby" to me, more of a one time deal unless you have money to sink into it)
Biking
Trying to get a 2nd girl for 2 girls at the same time with said gf (and PICS!!! ATOT nobody has asked for pics of the gf yet? Fail.)
Home theater (if you have cash, and are into that at least)
Geocache (kind of fun+hiking around is cool and can combine with photography)
Model rockets
Sport league (soccer, volleyball, baseball, etc)

I've done all sorts of projects. Wood working such as bookcases and aquarium stands. Electronics work such as control systems with microcontrollers or little robots. Right now I'm building a tesla coil.
Are you sure that's a good thing to run indoors? I'd be worried about a few issues:
1) Arcing through the walls to an electrical wire: Fire hazard.
2) Arching to electrical wires: High voltage power surge.

Still, very nice coil.

Mountain biking.
It's fun, adventurous, and good exercise. Not too expensive either, maybe $2K startup cost and a couple hundred a year for maintenance/upkeep.

I agree, but be ready to spend $800. if you want something decent and not Tamiya or Traxxas RTR crap!

Buy the newest Associated Rc10B4+ and you'll have tons of fun. My last one was a B3 and I mutilated that thing and nothing broke. Remember, if you buy that crappy kit, you get styrene unreinforced crap! You pay $100.-$150. more, and you'll get titanium this and glass reinforced plastic that!

An easy $800. I figure, at least for me to re-enter the arena
