Let's say you are stopped at a (red) stop light and you have a radar detector mounted in plain view on your windshield. Radar detectors are legal in your state.
A police car pulls up and stops behind you and the officer activates his radar, thereby setting off your radar detector.
Do you think that he is trying to intimidate you into running the red light?
