I think as long as the NOSE piercing is just a small stud, it looks fine. I don't care for the hoop piercing in the nose at all. Belly button rings are sexy as long as you have a nice stomach.

I was a "boy" about 30 years ago,LOL.

nipple rings,toungue studs etc are ok,as long as they are not Huge-A.

Tattoos same thing,small ones are ok,keep them where if you are wearing
"buisness" clothes they are out of sight.
