I Need Help from My Friends...

this is gonna sound weird, but have any of you ever had feelings of... i dunno... bad feelings of foreboding?

i feel like my life is gonna end soon and i don't know how or why... i just feel like the way things are going in my life is all happening out of my control in preparation for the conclusion of my life.

i've been under an extreme amount of stress lately... i'm hoping that's all it is.

i know this sounds crazy... please tell me i'm not alone in this.

i'm 28 and i feel like i'm preparing for the end, though... and the end might be relatively soon... you don't think that's kinda fucking weird?

it's gotta be my stress levels messing with my head... like, bad things after another after another happen and situations are ending up to where i'm more dissociated from people than i've ever been and... i dunno, it feels almost as if life/the universe/God/fate is making preparations for me to die easily without having too many people be upset or having unfinished business or something... i dunno... i sound crazy right now. forget it. it's gotta be stress-linked depression.

Go to a doctor and talk to him/her about how you feel.

Awhile back my depression go so bad that I felt that I might have a break down. I am one my second type of anti-depression meds and feel a lot better.

Pick up a relaxing hobby and spend time with your kids. Take them fishing, start a blog and post what you and your kids do,,,, but do something to take your mind off things.

my ex won't let me see the kids anymore... they weren't mine biologically, but i raised them as if they were my own... i miss them so much.

i have been talking with a therapist for a few months now... haven't been able to get in to see her lately for financial reasons, though. i need to start exercising again and try to take my mind off stuff... it's just hard, given everything i'm going through.

it's more like a feeling of... hmm...

you know those videos where there's a news reporter and a car loses control in the background and hits them and they have no clue it's coming, but the cameraman does? well, i feel like the reporter, except i'm observant enough to know that there's probably something coming my way and it's not gonna be good...

Not really. Maybe he's worried about what people that actually know him would think about him if he told them. Nothing like being able tell people you'll never meet and don't really know you what your problems are and possibly get a little reassurance. On the other hand if you really don't have any friends, maybe start there?

Most people don't talk to their friends about serious issues for the same reason their friends don't talk to them. Everyone is afraid of being judged. Everyone has an issue that is serious.
