Everyone knows that I need help in a lot of things, but lets stick to swimming.
I switched over from jogging and love it, except that I kind of forgot how to swim.
I really misjudged how long its been since i've done laps and was shocked at how many gallons of water I have swallowed in recent days Basically, I can do the backstroke...and that frog thing with the stars...that is about it....
yeah...exactly...I don't know what the fvk I am doing in a pool.
Honestly, I look the part of a fool; an idiot really.
So atot, since I am swimming more and more frequently, hopefully moving to a daily routine, please guide me towards some good info on how to do the freestyle correctly in the manner where I inhale to a side and exhale underwater or whatever.
I have looked online and have found that most every resource is overly presumptuous. I really need baby steps I will be taking classes later, but until then, please, for the sake of my dignity, or rather, for the clingly shred of it that I have left at my local indoor pool, please help me.
