Okay, you should do your best to fill out the sticky's questions (reposted below).

PLEASE when you POST threads asking for input on system builds tell us...

1. What YOUR PC will be used for. That means what types of tasks you'll be performing.

2. What YOUR budget is. A price range is acceptable as long as it's not more than a 20% spread

3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from.

4. IF you're buying parts OUTSIDE the US, please post a link to the vendor you'll be buying from.
We can't be expected to scour the internet on your behalf, chasing down deals in your specific country... Again, help us, help YOU.

5. IF YOU have a brand preference. That means, are you an Intel-Fanboy, AMD-Fanboy, ATI-Fanboy, nVidia-Fanboy, Seagate-Fanboy, WD-Fanboy, etc.

6. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are.

7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds.

8. What resolution, not monitor size, will you be using?

9. WHEN do you plan to build it?
Note that it is usually not cost or time effective to choose your build more than a month before you actually plan to be using it.

X. Do you need to purchase any software to go with the system, such as Windows or Blu Ray playback software?

At the end of the day it's your money. There's only so much we can do.

It looks like thus far your answers would be:
1. Gaming
2. About $350 (from adding up your parts' costs)
3. USA
4. N/A
5. No preferences.
6. Has no parts.
7. No OC
8. Possibly no monitor yet
9. Building soon
X. Probably needs an OS

If your budget happens to be around $1000, excluding monitor, keyboard, mouse, and operating system, mfenn posts a solid $1000 build at least weekly:

1/20/2013 update:
i5 3570K + ASRock Z77 Pro3 combo $287 AP
G.Skill DDR3 1600 $44
PowerColor 7970 $360 AR
Corsair Neutron 128GB $120
Seagate 1TB $70 AP
Lite-ON DVD Burner $18
Rosewill Hive 650W $80
NZXT Source 220 $50
Total: $1029 AR AP

- The trick to using the Newegg gift cards is to place one order for the items with gift cards, wait until they email you the code (usually after the charge your CC), then place another order using the gift card codes.
- There is a dual-fan 7850 2GB available for $185 AR and a dual-fan 7950 3GB available for $300 if you want to spend less but still get very good gaming performance
- If you intend to OC (the system is capable) grab an aftermarket HSF like the budget Hyper 212 EVO for $25 AR or the mid-range Xigmatek Dark Knight II for $52.

Definitely use, paragraphing, capitalization, and spell well (to the best of you ability if English isn't your primary language). Typing on your phone is not an excuse; I type page long posts on my phone (I am right now, actually) which are perfectly readable.

There you go! A reasonably strong build with lots of storage for games:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i3-3220 3.3GHz Dual-Core Processor ($122.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: MSI B75MA-P45 Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($66.24 @ Amazon)
Memory: Patriot Viper 3 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($38.50 @ NCIX US)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($69.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon HD 7770 1GB Video Card ($115.50 @ NCIX US)
Case: NZXT Source 210 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($32.00 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Antec Basiq 430W 80 PLUS Certified ATX12V Power Supply ($42.39 @ Amazon)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer ($16.99 @ Newegg)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($92.65 @ Amazon)
Total: $597.25
(Generated by PCPartPicker 2013-01-24 18:31 EST-0500)

In your OP, you neglected to add several parts such as the case, a DVD burner, and so on. This build should fit in your budget, provided Amazon and Newegg don't need to tax you. If your house is WiFi only (no ethernet) you'll also need a USB receiver or PCI/PCI-e addon card. Both can be had for $15-25.

Motherboard: MSI B75MA-P45 Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard can i use a 8gb ram?

The end of my posts (under the little line) are my own build's parts. Don't worry about it; you can pretend it's not there.

Yes, that mothboard has 4 slots for RAM, and supports up to 8GB per slot. Buy a 2x4GB set of RAM.
