I need ot making a image of my computer as it is currently

I want to make an Image of my computer, I have stuff on different drivers for safety reasons (went on vacation once and my hard drive decided to erase itself, the stuff in my documents folder was on a cd however with the 12 gigs of music I had amased I wasnt so lucky) what is the best way to go about making an image when several drivers are involved and what program should I use

You can use either Norton Ghost or Acronis Tru Image ... both work very well

I have mixed emotions about symantec products although I swear by them because I can not stand macafee or however it is spelled
