hi, im am just starting in home videos and im lookings at the few capture cardthey have out there currently i have a "ati tv-wonder ve" but yes it does give good quality i am looking for the best quality for the money and or im looking for codecs to use with my card...im looking at the "pinnacle dv-500 plus card" because it is supported very well by adobe premier and after effects. it has a nice codec and it does realtime playback while editing. but it costs to much and im also looking at the "ati all in wonder radeon 8500dv" but im not sure how the quality is better or if it is. and im not sure if its better than the tv wonder i have now... does premier support it and or does the codec plugin to premier so i can output in the same format... can anyone help me out i have tried the "pinnacle dc-10 plus and im am not satiisfied by the premier support... does anyone know of a good card that will do the trick for me and or programs that would help me with a good codec to use??? if you do pls reply or email me at james_marsh@hotmail.com
