I need some Barebones Help

Hey all. Longtime lurker.

I need a hand. I want to build my own system, but don't quite know where to start. I presetly have a PII 400, which I plan to canabalize for its drives, video card, etc.

Where is the best place to get a barebones AMD system? I haven't got a clue how to overclock, so thats not important to me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
