Poach a couple of eggs on rye toast.

Yogurt and fruit.

Cereal.

You could go European and have some cold cuts and cheese with a side of granola and fruit mixed into some yogurt.

This is a serious thread, btw. Why can't you guys take some threads in a serious manner?

If you feel this way, perhaps you should try another forum.

I'll consider it. Meanwhile, can you suggest some breakfast ideas?

Take your choice of pancakes, waffles or french toast. Buy some Jif peanut butter. Spread said peanut butter on pancakes/waffles/french toast. Next take your favorite maple syrup, and put that on top of peanut buttered pancake/waffles/french toast. Now eat it.

Many people tell me I'm crazy doing this, but it tastes SO GOOD. I'm not a huge fan of peanut butter, but this definitely does it for me. Not to mention, it makes for a pretty filling breakfast.

Holy hell, I didn't know you could buy groceries from Amazon! Then again, WTF would someone buy online and wait a few days for delivery when the grocery store is just down the street?

You missed Bulk Beef Online?

Fried egg sandwiches:

2 pieces of multigrain toast
1 egg fried in vegetable oil
Cheese slices
Tomato slices
Fresh spinach
Ketchup

2 of these plus a few cups of coffee is pretty filling.

Yeah, we had the full spread when we were in Vienna. Wife hated it, but I loved it. Food1.jpg Food2.jpg

I read some of that thread, but bulk quantities of meat is more of a special order than just a box of cereal, no?

How about scrambled eggs and homemade hashbrowns?

Hasbrowns are really easy to make and can be really tasty if you also saute some onions and bell peppers. I usually eat mine with a dash of hot sauce.

Hasbrowns also go really well with ham slices. You can buy some precooked ham, slice it any way you like and just throw it in a pan and heat it up.

Do you know how to make an omlette?
