I need to fry some spyware

Ok, so being the idiot that I am I downloaded the full version of Kazaa.
*Please laugh histarically......now*

I have deleted the program but I'm sure windows left behind alot of spyware junk (I've deleated all the regestry junk pertaining to it).

If you could help me...

A) get rid of this spyware and...

B) toss me a link to a download for Kazaa lite I would appriciate it. I've looked around but I really don't know what I'm looking at.
