My garage doesn't have a drain on the floor anywhere. I park in there and then all of the snow and ice buildup melts off and it leaves me with a decent size puddle of water that I need to get rid of. I used a leaf blower and a snow shovel to get ~80% of the water out but surely there must be a better way. All that did was push the water to the end of the driveway where it will refreeze.
What are some possible options for removing the water with minimal effort? A large push broom or squeegee would probably push it out of the garage easier but I still have nowhere to move the water after that. Maybe I could just suck the puddle up with a shopvac and dup it beside the garage.
Have any of you had to deal with this before?
