With Chantix. Actually not that bad of an experience. A 20-year habit gone. I went into it kicking and screaming. Two weeks later I'm a non-smoker. Stopped taking chantix after 14 days. It has been six days since I stopped the Chantix and 12 days smoke free and I feel fantastic. Mornings are tough, I use Atomic Fireballs and gum to deal with cravings which are no harder to get over than a nostalgic moment about a deceased loved one.
Also nice not forking a pile of money over to the tobacco company and the tax man every day. And stinking like a bastard.
