I saw MacGuyver today!

Weird... CFCF12 is playing a different "old" show each day... Yesterday was Nightrider (that show with the dude that drives the talking Trans Am).

I used to watch MacGuyver when I was young (well I am only 16, but when I was younger)... It was one of my favorite shows I'd watch before "bed time".

There aren't any shows like it these days.. One I like to watch though is Dark Angel (mmm, Jessica Alba..).

Richard Dean Anderson seems to have changed a great deal since his MacGuyver days.. Look at him in Stargate SG-1, he's an old geezer compared to what he looks like in MacGuyver! :Q

He's a good actor, though.

Yeah, McGyver used to be (and still is) the shiznit. Him and his pocket knife could do anything together:Q He could make a bomb out of some lipstick and a pack of chewing gum while talking you through the process

That show was my favorite, when I was in Florida about a month ago they have it on one channel every day at 11 am, whoo, haha.

It was great.. I loved that show. It was just perfect.. MacGuyver's attitude, the way he got out of situations all the time, always got the chick, etc.. and Richard Dean Anderson played the part excellently.. I can't imagine anyone else doing it.

Truly a good show though, when you watch TV today.. it makes you think.... "WTF HAPPENED?".. well, me at least.

Daniel they still do have it everyday. They also have old things like night rider (that is the one w/ that car that can talk right?) and that one helicopter show, i just know these exist cause my brother watches them all the time. I unfortunately never really got "into" watching those shows

This may date me but I remember watching A-Team, Knight Rider, MacGyver when they were new shows (around 4th or 5th grade for me). My sister had a crush on Richard Dean Anderson and David Hasselhoff. My brother and I thought Kitt (the car), George Pepard, Dwight Shultz, and Mr. T were really cool.

Ahhh the nostalgia. I have caught some of those shows every now and then and A-Team and Knight Rider seem real cheezy now (everything blows up even if barely bumped). Some favorite classics that are still good to this day are Battlestar Galactica and Magnum P.I. (Excellent -I lived in Hawaii when they were filming that series -Army brat).

Thanks for the trip down Memory Lane, RSI!

BTW, Jessica Alba is HOT

MacGuyver (or McGuyver? I can't remember ) was a great show. I remember thinking every episode that he was going to get killed and my mom had to show me that there was a show scheduled for the next week

I remember watching that when I was 'young' (I'm only 16 right now, so young means about 7 years ago) too...it used to come on channel 12 at like 5:30 PM, and it was my favorite show.

I was obessed with KITT since I was 6 or 7 (I'm 17 now and I'm still obsessed)! One of my dreams is to get an late '80s model Trans-Am and make it look just like KITT...oh man...that would be sweeet.....

I'm not too fond of Trans Am/Camaro type cars, but Kitt was pretty damn cool.

Does anyone keep up with Stargate SG-1? I watch it sometimes, I've noticed there have been a lot of crummy episodes, but occasionally a really good one comes on. Not like MacGuyver, where nearly every single episode was amazing.

I've been pretty lucky to live in Hollywood North (Vancouver BC), they tape both Stargate SG1 &amp; Dark Angel in town. I was an extra in a MacGuyver episode (if you ever see an episode were they are at a hockey rink). Didn't get to meet any stars but my friends &amp; I got lunch &amp; dinner About 2 months ago I saw Jessica Alba in a local drug store with her body guard. She is just as hot in person. Too bad I didn't get to talk to her because the body guard was doing his job :|
