where did you heard that from? link? I have a 1.2T-bird (200Mhz) w/ factory unlocked. Running at 9x133Mhz very stable. although i'm running mines on a Asus a7v133

This page talks about the problem. I think I know what the problem is. Factory unlocked 200 MHz fsb athlons
could be the reason some cpu's don't boot when bumping the fsb up to 266. The 1.2 GHz 200 chips would have
a multiplier of 12, making 12*133 = 1600 MHz! No wonder the thing wont boot. I think a 1.2 GHz 266 athlon
should be fine (9 * 133 = 1200).

Are there any FAQ's which you guys know of, to inform me of the "issues" with this baord - if any of course ?

BS! TOTAL BS! I ran my uncles 1.2 w/266 FSB and it ran great!! Damn fast too! With I had faster than a T-Bird 700@1000, heh.

Give it a try first. It might do great. If you have problems then you can worry about it.

You should give before sending anything back. I've heard lots pf sites and individuals complaining about the problems with the IWill board and unlocked 1.2GHz Athlon's but there are some people who have got lucky and not had any problems at all, so give it a try and see how it goes.

The AMD 1200 266 and IWill KK266 are running flawlessly at 266 fsp. The article that
I linked to earlier is terrible. It may have people (like me) worrying about nothing. :|
