After 10 years of smoking, I called it quits last night. I decided to stop killing myself. Anyone want the rest of my carton?

no , but good for you that you quit.
That's a cop-out, the order is reversed. If you stop smoking and decide to get healthy, you may lose weight, get a decent gf and a better job. Plus you'll have an entirely new lease on life.Originally posted by: AMDZen
Malboro lights? I would have quit smokint too. Blahhh, nastiest ciggerette ever made.
But congrats, now if only I could stop. It won't happen for a long long time though, stress+my life = the need for smoking cigg's. If I ever get a better job, with more money, lose some weight, get a decent g/f. THen I can try to quit. Now it would be impossible.

I quit 5 years ago on New Years Day and used the patch and everything else I could think of to help me quit. Wasn't easy but somehow I managed to do it. My wife on the other hand has tried to quit about a dozen times since I have and has been unsuccesfull
I used the patch, a pipe with some tobacco from the pipe shop and those fake cigarettes that put a hit of Nicotine on you're throat for those really hard day's.
Hope you make it!
Good luck!
