The standard trouble shooting procedure at this point is
1. take the mobo out of the case and set it on a cardboard box(eliminates possible case grounding)
2. hook up just the essentials, CPU, GPU, Ram and power supply, and of course the power and reset wires (or you can jump the two power pins) and see if it will boot.
It would also help if you listed all your component including power supply here so we can see what your working with.
