Besides (maybe) the Geek Squad. Denver has to have one the most sorriest, un reliable computer repair services in the world! Like this bullshit company named TotalTech LLC. These nimrods can't even answer the damn phone when I try to phone them. I remember one time I got lucky, but this muthafucka done hung up straight on my face before I could say two words! W.T.F?!

(Phew... got to calm down...) *goes to do my hair*

Anybody got any suggests for computer repair services that are legit. Or should I just stick with the highly skilled ones on this forum?

Well, this is a computer forum. Maybe someone can help you fix the problem yourself. What's the issue you're having?

WELL! (just kidding)

well, first, I've received a couple of "detection" on Windows 10 talking about some: 'malware detected" windows defender is taking care of it. I didn't think it was much of a problem until I saw a weird folder named "reguular coupons" show up in my Program Files (X86) btw I'm 64-bit OS. And I was like, HOW?! I don't never do or download things badly. This computer is cleanliest of the clean! or so I thought.

Then I went and bought a portable 3.0 500 GB hard drive, because someone told me that the reason my computer be running slow even with 4 gigs of RAM is because of the slow hard drive. My current hard drive with windows 10 on it is 74.4 GB. currently 26.1 available. but that ratchet bitch did not call me back to help me with it, and I was like, I is done with you!

Anyways, that's the second problem.

I don't want to have to go back to windows 7 (compromised...) and "try to wish for the best" and get another free upgrade to windows 10 again, because its passed that time. I'd have to buy it this time.

Seems like when I did the update, whatever "malware was from windows 7, "hitched" a ride in my V*****, and seeded itself into windows 10. Ewww, disgusting, right?

That's my problem.

download MalwareBytes, install and run, see if it finds/clears your problem.

I don't know. I'm certain I could fix it, but I don't do that anymore.

why don't you do it anymore? did someone like me scare you away with my V***** jokes? Just kidding!

Downloaded Malwarebytes, currently not seeing any threats or malware so far, (before hand I did delete that ratchet folder named reguular coupons). so...

Although you would lose ALL your files and hopefully your malware.

^^ this is what I is afraid of. The malware I don't give a two shit about, its my files like Auto-desk 3ds Max and Maya, and Adobe creative cloud. I don't want to have to spend forty years downloading and installing that ish again! (Being dramatic...)

it might not be an issue anymore. I would say to just go on until you see some other unexpected issue pop up again.....like another folder named coupons again...

May want to check out this forum for stuff like that:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/

Windows "defender" isn't going to protect your system these days. Relying on that is like depending on a simple lock you use on your bathroom door to keep bad people out of your house.

Did you think an external backup drive would help when Windows is still installed on the same internal hard drive?

Try again by purchasing an internal SSD with an upgrade/transfer kit.

Ha! (Wimdows)

anyways, I could backup windows 10 on a drive ( Have another spare drive inside the computer with 223 GB) i could put the windows 10 backup on that drive, and go back to windows 7 then reinstall it from the backup drive?
