I'm always swayed when someone has to resort to insults, personal attacks, and outright lies to make their argument. It's just so convincing.

I really hope that both Biden and Sanders step down soon. This way everyone can fully support Warren, shed the rest of the candidates, and focus on the future which is ousting Trump and starting to repair all the damage done to this country. We need to fix our current society before the predatory rich sucks the rest of the people dry, leaving the core of this country weak and rotten.

Well, in a General Election thread... the idea of dropping primary candidates makes perfect sense.

I wonder who, in the Democrat Party, opposes Warren so much - as to take this fight tooth and nail, down to the wire? We know the threat we face, and the need to not rip ourselves apart. OTOH, a single vote has not been cast yet. Much of this angst is derived from our lack of Ranked Voting. Current ballot / election processes allow for similar candidates to split votes and likely spoil the will of the majority.

Biden's principles opposes Warren and Sanders greatly. He's there to represent the rich and wealthy, Warren is more for the people but she still believes in the Capitalist ideal, Sanders is the one who is the furthest left on the socialist spectrum. It's just that the Republicans are so far right now that it makes Biden look like a firm democrat. In my eyes, he's what a normal Republican would be.
