I don't understand why so many Americans rather be a lone superpower than having a few friends. Obama's leadership with other countries on how to tackle Libya has been outstanding. The guy is just so clearly better at this than alot of presidents before him. I support Obama in this, but it's counterproductive at best (and disingenuous and dishonest at worst) to denigrate the allies that help US in favor of allies that allow us to help THEM.
The coalition forces need to at least arm the rebels with anti tank weapons to give them a fighting chance. Gadhafi's forces are trying to protect their tanks from aerial attack by moving them into populated areas.
Unforetunately he also appears to be moving civilians as human shields into airports and other critical military installations. He will try his best to force this into an urban warfare situation.
