It’s something to investigate, and it kinda sounds like it was. For mine, the urologist didn’t like MRI the area prior to the procedure. And the incisions are very small. He basically felt around for the vas deferens of whatever and snips them (one nut at a time) and ties the back.

It’s also possible for the vas defrens to occasionally repair itself if the two ends come into contact with each other.

Also if you don’t clean the pipes out after the surgery it’s possible there are still sperm in the tubes. Which is why it’s important to get a sperm test a few months after the surgery to verify you’re good to go.

Its a simple argument. Offensive a bit, but simple and I think hard to counter. Yes a man is involved in creating a child, but involvement in creating something doesn't mean you should bear 50% of the responsibility for life.

Child support is not about the mother. It is about the child.
There is a human in our society that is incapable of supporting themself, and someone has to support it.
The argument is very, very simple. You created it, you support it until it is able to support itself. It goes both ways equally. The mother has to support it as well. If the father gets custody the mother pays the child support, because both created it, both support it. The law, and society, does not care how or why it got there. Does not care about the decisions the mother or father made before it got here. Only that it is here now and must be supported. Nothing else matters.

It's pretty clear he is disingenuous and refuses to acknowledge reality, prefers to stay willfully ignorant on multiple issues, and has terribly outdated views on everything from women to racism to the constitution. Just like you were surprised how so much of the GQP went full fascist so quickly, I think you will miscalculate all these self-proclaimed moderates jumping onboard with the fascists when it comes down to it, or at least silently voting for them. This is another one of those P&N dafuq moments.

I don't know about you but I'm not signing any contract. It happens or it doesn't. Talk about a mood killer.

I totally understand people being irked about issues regarding support, but in general it all falls back to if you break it you buy it.

I've been on both ends of the spectrum regarding support. After an ex wife and I split I spent time paying support. Then she managed to alienate one of our kids and they wanted to come live with me so then she ended up paying me support. I had already bought a house just a few blocks over so the kids could just walk between whenever they wanted.

This was one of the most irresponsible people with finances which ultimately calculated in our downfall. Something about money trees in the backyard, and every time I went out there to locate one I always came back inside empty handed.

We both made enough money to not need support so I saved every penny until they wanted to buy a car. I went and withdrew the money and forked it over to our kid so they could get some wheels and not worry about a car payment. I can hope she at least got our kids a cheeseburger here and there with the money I was paying her.

I can't say the child support system is perfect because it isn't, I think there should be some evaluation of financial transactions and rules on what is done with the money and more regulation to it along those lines, but it's currently better than someone hitting it and quitting it and getting away with it. I can't stand deadbeats, not even friends with any nor would I likely be if I found out they were.

I hear you, after about 25 years, it was admitted that she got pregnant on purpose so I wouldn't leave her. That was our first born, who's 2 grand daughters, my wife, whom I remarried something like 9 years laterish, are now the Legal Guardians of. We have had them living with us more than they lived with my son and his 2 wives combined.

I finally accepted the fact that these girls need a stable environment. We need to teach them morals values and educate them.

The youngest didn't really start talking until about 4 yrs old. The oldest, who is 7 now. We were told stories. We believe the children. The youngest at the time was about 3 maybe, would get food out of the trashcan to eat.
She surely has an unhealthy relationship with food.
I get home from work and the first thing I am asked is "papa can I have some cereal (insert some sort os sweet processed food here) "

My son and I have been in multiple physical fights, due to his 2 female choices. Both addicts, and extreme narcissists. Son is an addict too. But it was mainly cough and cold tablets, so police couldn't do anything. In KY there is a law Casey's law. We did that once, court ordered rehab. Didn't complete.

Anyway, we have had them for more than a year straight now, and full custody. We are allowed to give supervised visits, that hasn't happened.

Anyway long story short, thought me and wife would be without kids by mid 40s, now I have another 11 years to go. We get no support. Yet, state is going after both of the parents for state paid funds. Whether we will see any aid I couldn't speculate.

Edit: during the divorce years, I did date several women with children, and those kids dads were deadbeats.

My wife & me have had physical not legal custody of our 13 year-old grandson since he was five. His father a junkie POS, his mom (my step daughter) 25 going-on-16. My wife forbade ANY legal action against them. No support demands or tax write offs.That had a profound effect on our marriage (separation then reconciliation).

He is my second proudest accomplishment though after my firstborn biological child.
