I'd rather not go into details. I can't possibly describe here all the crap I went through with this people. Again, b/c of this cultural local crap.
3. Never speak my mothertongue again, meet people from my country (avoid those SOBs as possible) and generally forget all the crap that happened to me here.
4. Immigrate to some English-speaking country, since it's the only foreign language I understand a little. But I do not have a legal right to immigrate otherwise I'd be dead and gone many years ago.

Before you start bashing me, I just can't go on living like this any longer. Wish I could explain all the details but it would take too many pages and I don't think anyone's gonna read that.

I think going to another country is better than just killing myself... I may be dumb, but how do those FOBs get to your country... I dunno. I played the DV lottery, it doesn't help. But I can't wait any longer. I must go or die. Fark everything. Just to forget all this crap and start a new life - that's my primary objective.

Now... what do I expect. To tell the truth, nothing. Yes, I have higher education and work as an accountant, but it wouldn't help me in another country since I don't know that country's laws. So I'd be just a vagabond. That's fine. That's all I want. To get the heck out of here, and I don't need anything else.

The worst thing is that in current state of things it's illegal for me to immigrate. Since you, Americans, see every day lots of immigrants, can any of you tell me how did they get to your country? I may not necessarily go to your country, just wondering. I just desperately need to go anywhere I can.

So pls don't piss on this thread, maybe any suggestions instead?

Try moving to another part of the country. Moving from say from the midwest to Florida, Washington state, or even Hawaii would offer you plenty of change.

Also didn't see u mention this, what religion are u. It make a difference. if u are christern then i guess israel is not for u but if u are jewish then that could be your choise.

What religion am I? I do not belong to any religion and never go to church. So this is it. Also, I'm not a Jew so I can't go to Israel.

Also u already did your army duty in russia if so did u have to sign anything that would prepevent u from living russia for x amout of years?

It would sound funny, but I didn't serve. But I'm still liable for military service. If I move out of the country on a permanent basis, I will be completely freed from the duty to serve, as according to the laws those who have immigrated from the country on a permanent basis aren't liable for service any longer. Maybe to you it would sound stupid, but the Russian military, as it states in bold everywhere, is unable to draft people living in another countries.

I wouldn't lie, I'm a pacifist and it's one of the biggest reasons of leaving, to tell the truth. So that I would escape the horrible mililtary service.

Btw, why don't you move to Moscow?

Already have, not to Moscow itself, but to the small town near it. I have to go to work to Moscow every day to work (or even to buy anything).

The thing is... I'm sorry for ranting, but I have reached a climax in my life. I have understood my life is turning into something I don't want it to be. I need to escape before they'd want to draft me, and it may happen in 2 - 2.5 years. Of course, there just isn't any reason to wait that long. It's best to go before the military guys wake up and would like to lay their hands on me.

California's a wreck at this time. Layoff's haven't stoped and cost of living is thru the roof. And they want to raise sales tax to pay for all the liberal marxist social programs. They're even talking about a income tax at the city level..the homeless ya know..they have to get handouts no matter how bad it is.

If you follow the link I osted earlier, and look up the tons of information available on the web, you can apply for self immigration to Canada. It is easier than you might think. I know a couple of people who have done it. If you have a job offer in Canada your chances improve, specially if you are willing to work in the remote regions. Having good qualifications is also a plus. Canada is a great place IMHO and has great coffee! Australia and New Zealand also have some sort of similar schemes. Check it out.

I have some friends that work with NASA and they often get sent to Moscow for months at a time, helping to support the space station. They love it there. They say the cost of living is cheap, the women there are beautiful, there is lots of culture and things to do in the city, and the people there are pretty friendly. According to them the only bad thing about living there is the weather (temps around 4 degrees, often lower).

But im sure things are different if you're a native and not a foreigner. In your situation maybe a fresh start might be best. Try to come over to the US anyways. You may be able to gain entry. We get many immigrants who contribute nothing to this country and don't even make an effort. I would much rather have an educated immigrant like yourself who knows English come over here where you can be productive.

Unfortunately unless you try to get into the US for a valid reason such as vacation or school you better have a damn good reason to come to work because, though many wouldn't believe it seeing all the illegals running around, to get into the US long term legally is a significantly hurdle.
