I agree - I found no use for the speakers AND the USB hub. The hub is not USB 2.0 (at least not on mine), and it is hard to get to.

I actually found the LCD's colors to be much more accurate and much more vibrant than the 21" FD Trinitron I was using before. I have never found a CRT that could match the picture quality of this LCD, but maybe my opinion of what good color and picture quality should look like differs from the opinion of others.
I also found the speakers to be good enough for windows sounds, games, and listening to the WinTV. I wouldn't use it to kick back and listen to music, but that's why I have a real stereo in the same room.

Planar lcds are so sweet. my 19inch (not one of these) is so sweet for general windows work, and the only game i really notice some smearing in is BF1942 on black graphics. not unbearable but noticeable. the jump to lcd was worth it tho imho.

Costco has the Princeton 19" (25 ms response) for $599.

A great price for a great product. Amazing color saturation.

Only problem is that as most 25 ms LCDs, it's not meant for gamers.

12 ms will be hitting the streets in summer.

I'd suggest to wait until then, as that is in gamer's territory.

The gamers territory is already here for LCD's. There are several 16 ms. LCD's getting great reviews for gaming already out there. By 12 ms., do you mean 12 ms. total? Because the 16 ms. gaming LCD's that are out now are measured as 12 ms. rise, and 4 ms. fall, for a total of 16 ms. And by all accounts, at 16 ms., there is absolutely NO ghosting, smearing or trailing.

But the problem is, there isn't a single manufacturer making a 16 ms. LCD bigger than 17". And I, for one, am not willing to go that small to get the faster response time.
